Wonderful Wednesday

Super Wednesday.  Beautiful 60 degree weather. 

Work out:

  • Squats – 4x 10 reps
  • Wall push ups – 5×10 reps
  • assisted dips – 1 x 10 reps
  • 30 minute walk
  • penty of H20 all day!

meals

  • breakfast – dirty eggs & sausage
  • lunch  – salad & meatballs
  • dinner – another big A$$ salad
  • no snacks
  • wine

How do you Top Off the day?  Having a fire on the deck and hanging out with the most wonderful awesome husband ever!
