Fortunately or unfortunately, I took most of April off for hard core training. I think you need those breaks.
Sunday I knuckled down to map out my next 12 weeks. I’ve had to modify things a bit for Bartle & DR travels.
So what’s the difference? In January thru March – I did my own internal schedule do this on this day. For May thru July, I made boxes to check off. Yup it’s done if you have a pink box

So glad it is Saturday. Rob let me sleep in to nearly 7am. We still had to get going as Sean had merit badge forum today at COR. After dropping him off, I made it to the gym.
It always strikes me interesting how crowded it is in January. Not really, but it sure makes the regulars cranky. I had a terrific work out of modified stair/Elip machine then crunches and more crunches. Nice to be a tired dog.
Unfortunately the extra crowds mean the skinny cows are now parking in the handicap sections. As a rule follower this drives me crazy. Today’s said cow not only parked in the section, but “in between” spaces, cause you know, it’s not technically the handicap section. So, being in one of those moods, I gave her grief and called her out on it. It’s always fun to get the cows riled up. Maybe she’ll think about it differently tomorrow. Anyway, here’s to the new Leawood Lazy club. May cosmic karma find their home.

30 min lunch walk with Shirley.
30 min treadmill with hills and sprints at gym (really sucked as my shuffle ran out of power).
Great day today. NO CANE!!!
Woke up refreshed. No pain. Had a hot date at the gym with Rob.
Bike no resistance
Feeling good and now icing everything down. Steak for dinner !!!!!
Back at gym today. Yeah!!
5 min no resistance on bike + Floor pt exercises+ Pool walking= 1 tired puppy
Ready 4 ice and shower.
Well it is time to step up my work outs. Rob granted me access to the Netflix alter. Next Gen is now programmed into my series. In addition to 3o min walk today did 30 min on Elip.
This weekend work outs were.
Gym – warm up 20 min treadmill.
Squats with weights
& helping a cute older lady get her form right on punches
Hanging out with my awesome hubby and hiking at the Arboretum. Nice.
Just why does work come so quickly???? Just asking.
Okay cutest thing was the easy geocache near end of paved loop. Ammo camo box for the little ones. Tee hee.
